Especially me, I’m a super cute little blonde girl running around and I think the last thing they want to tell me is you Mom was going to jail. So, this was when I was younger. Like, I haven’t seen her in a while, and I don’t know why,” recalls Demi.
Tina Jean Jordan was arrested and imprisoned in 2007
Tina Jean Jordan was arrested in 2007 on embezzlement, theft, forgery and other lesser charges, public records show. This is Tina’s first time in prison.
About ten years later—when Demi was about 21 or 22—Tina was back in prison for the second time after being convicted of conspiracy to commit bank fraud.
A year after serving an 18-month sentence, she was released from FMC Carswell, Texas, during the filming of Demi bachelorFans may remember Demi talking to her mom on the phone while on the ABC reality series.
In the season 23 premiere bachelor, Demi received a call that began, “This call is from a federal prison.” She went on to chat with Tina about her release date.
